Acer Adds New Intel Core Ultra Laptops to its Swift Series

Acer has unveiled three exciting additions to its Swift series of laptops, expanding the Meteor Lake lineup. Following the release of the first Core Ultra-equipped Acer Swift Go 14 last month, the company continues to push boundaries with innovative features and cutting-edge technology. The latest announcements include a second Acer Swift Go 14 model with an Imax Enhanced OLED display, a larger Swift Go 16 model featuring up to a 16-inch 3.2K Imax Enhanced OLED display, and a Swift X 14 equipped with RTX graphics. These new laptops are set to hit the market in February or March.

Swift Go 14 (SFG14-73/T)

This model offers a range of Intel Core Ultra processors, including the midrange Ultra 7 155H chip that garnered attention in the previous Swift Go 14 model. The laptop also features two other H-series processors – the Core Ultra 9 185H and Ultra 5 125H, along with two U series chips, the Ultra 7 155U and Ultra 5 125U. Integrated Intel Arc graphics ensure powerful performance.

The 14-inch Swift Go 14 provides users with display options, including up to a 2.8K, 90Hz OLED panel, maintaining high-quality visuals. Additionally, Acer offers an Imax Enhanced Certified 3.2K, 120Hz OLED option for those seeking an enhanced viewing experience. The laptop boasts a high-resolution 1440p webcam and a unique touchpad with virtual media-control buttons, providing users with a convenient interface.

Swift Go 16 (SFG16-72/T)

The Swift Go 16 complements its smaller counterpart with a larger 16-inch display, offering users more screen real estate for immersive experiences. Like the Swift Go 14, this model features a variety of Intel Core Ultra processors, ensuring flexibility and performance. The display options include a stunning 3.2K Imax Enhanced OLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz, delivering crisp and vibrant visuals. The laptop is also equipped with a high-resolution 1440p webcam.

Interestingly, the Swift Go 16 does not include the touchpad with virtual media-control buttons, a feature present in the Swift Go 14. However, with its larger display, the Swift Go 16 is positioned as an ideal choice for media consumption and control.

Swift X 14 with RTX Graphics

In addition to the Swift Go models, Acer introduces the Swift X 14, featuring RTX graphics for enhanced gaming and graphic-intensive tasks. This model further expands Acer's commitment to providing users with diverse options to suit their specific needs.

As technology enthusiasts eagerly await the arrival of these new Swift models, Acer continues to showcase its dedication to delivering powerful, versatile, and visually stunning laptops to cater to a wide range of users. Stay tuned for their release in the coming months to experience firsthand the capabilities and features these laptops bring to the table.
