Janhvi Kapoor spills the beans on a ‘flirty’ message she received from a Bollywood star, Karan Johar can’t stop laughing!

Janhvi Kapoor, who made her debut with ‘Dhadak’ in 2018, has been in the news for her upcoming projects as well as her personal life. The actress, who is rumoured to be dating Shikhar Pahariya, recently appeared on ‘Koffee With Karan 8’ with her sister Khushi Kapoor and made some interesting revelations.


One of the highlights of the show was when Janhvi Kapoor confessed that she flirts a lot and shared an example of a ‘flirty’ text she got from a Bollywood actor. She said that the actor texted her, “I dreamt of you last night.” Janhvi replied, “What did you dream of?” The actor then said, “I can’t tell you, it’s too inappropriate.” Janhvi said that she was curious and asked him to tell her. The actor then said, “I dreamt that you were my wife and we had two kids.”

Janhvi said that she was shocked and amused by the text and did not know how to respond. She said that she was “flirty from a distance” and liked to ask deep questions to the guys she was interested in. She said, “Like, ‘What is the meaning of your life?’ And then they would really think and they would be like, ‘Oh my God, maybe she is the girl of my dreams.’ Then I would be like, ‘Adios!’”

Karan Johar, who is known for his witty and candid hosting, burst into laughter after hearing Janhvi’s story. He teased her and asked her to reveal the name of the actor who sent her the text. Janhvi, however, refused to divulge the name and said that it was a secret.

Janhvi also talked about her relationship with Shikhar Pahariya, who is the grandson of former Maharashtra chief minister Sushil Kumar Shinde. She said that they were good friends and had a lot of fun together. She also revealed that Shikhar was on her speed dial list, along with her father Boney Kapoor and her sister Khushi Kapoor. She also said that Shikhar had a cute nickname for her - Shikhu.

Khushi Kapoor, who is also an actress and has starred in ‘The Archies’, also opened up about her dating rumours with her co-star Vedang Raina. She said that they were just friends and quoted a famous dialogue from ‘Om Shanti Om’ to prove her point. She said, “You know that scene in Om Shanti Om, where a row of people say ‘Om and I are just good friends?'”

Janhvi and Khushi also shared some insights into their bond as sisters and their upcoming projects. Janhvi said that she was looking forward to working with RajKummar Rao again in ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ and making her Telugu debut with ‘Devara’. Khushi said that she was excited about her next film ‘Ulajh’ and her web series ‘Sisters’.
